bloom is more than a workshop, it’s a monthly reset for your body and nervous system. Trade the hustle for a curated immersion of breathwork, restorative movement, sound healing and Reiki where we’ll guide you from "doing" into "being", shedding tension to make room for clarity and creative flow.
We’ll be tapping into the potent lunar energy of the Aquarius Full Moon to help us break old patterns and embrace our most authentic selves. As we gently release what we've been carrying, we’ll make space to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that often get lost in the pace of everyday life. Whether you're seeking deep rest, clarity, connection or simply an evening to recharge, you're warmly welcome.
Together we'll explore questions like:
Where in your life are you craving more freedom?
What parts of yourself have you outgrown?
What are you ready to release?
What qualities are you ready to cultivate?
What might become possible if you gave yourself permission to be fully yourself?
Who are you when no one else is telling you who to be?
The Evening Includes
Opening Circle: We'll begin by exploring the energy of the Aquarius Full Moon, setting intentions and grounding together in community.
Breathwork & Vocal activation: A gentle pranayama practice to regulate the nervous system and prepare the body for rest.
Restorative Movement: A nourishing Yin Yoga practice designed to release tension, cultivate presence and invite deep relaxation.
Sound Bath & Reiki: Rest comfortably as you're immersed in tibetan singing bowls, rain drums, voice and hands-on Reiki.
Integration: We'll close with journaling, reflection, a simple intention ritual and a closing circle.
No previous experience with yoga, Reiki or meditation is necessary - just come as you are. We look forward to welcoming you into the first chapter of bloom.
Melissa Karimzadeh is a Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher and Meditation Facilitator dedicated to helping clients restore balance in their nervous system and reconnect with themselves. Her work blends formal training with lived experience, offering intuitive and grounding care and often incorporating breathwork, guided meditation, massage and sound healing elements to her sessions . Her approach is shaped by her own journey with Reiki, which supported her through years of anxiety, depression, grief and deep emotional distress, ultimately helping her cultivate greater ease, joy and resilience in life.
Cynthia Undyantara is an artist & muralist, creative coach, and arts-wellness practitioner devoted to reconnecting people with their inner power through expression. Her work lives at the intersection of creativity and embodiment. Using art as alchemy, she designs experiences and creative processes that focus on identifying blockages, awakening dormant power, and creating an integrative action plan so people can embody greater freedom, flow, and authentic self-expression in their lives.
