NEON BLOOM
A luminous nature therapy experience
This neon painting journey is an invitation to reset and slow down. Drawing inspiration from living plants and flowers brought into the space, participants paint glowing botanicals under UV light. This experience uses art, color, and nature as therapeutic tools to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore creative flow.
The experience takes place in a sensory-rich atmosphere filled with clusters of live tropical plants and flowers, illuminated by soft multicolour lighting and candlelight.
The session begins with gentle breathwork and a short guided meditation to help participants move from a busy cerebral state into a somatic and energetic space. From this place, the focus moves toward playful creation without pressure or expectation, offering a pause from the outside world of tasks, performance, and productivity.
The art of
nature
Participants are guided step-by-step through the foundations of painting a botanical bouquet using the live plant references in front of them. Once the base painting is complete, neon paints are introduced and the experience opens into free-flow creation, inviting individuals to add their unique touch of patterns and colours.
Neon Bloom is accessible to all levels and emphasizes process over outcome. Each participant leaves with a finished artwork and, more importantly, a sense of calm and creative nourishment.

Expressive Self-Portrait Workshop
A date night with Self. This art workshop is a gift of playful presence; a moment to check in with yourself, connect with your senses, and appreciate the contours of your being.
If you are looking to unwind and reconnect with yourself through the sensory experience of painting, this is experience for you! Blending guided meditation with intuitive art-making, you’ll be led through technical skills, reflection prompts, as well as given the space for experimentation and free-flow play.
No previous visual art experience required, all materials provided!
Creative Self Love
Phase One: In the Light
The first hour of class begins in candlelight and the soft glow of golden hour. This is your time to gently arrive—to land in your body, and see yourself with fresh eyes. As you are guided through a series of self-love meditations, you’ll also walk through foundational art techniques; exploring key elements like shape, line work, shading, and style.
Phase Two: Night Vision
The second hour of class shifts into a more playful space. In Ultra Violet light, you’re invited to play with neon paint, patterns, and designs—bringing your inner world into form in vibrant, glowing color. This is less about capturing a likeness, and more about expressing energy and imagination.
