• Energy cleansing

• Sound healing light meditation

• Introduction to the workshop

7:30-8:45 PM:

• Art therapy segment

• Introduction to neurographic line work with positive affirmations

8:45-9:00 PM:

• Closing and next steps

Goal:

The goal of this workshop is to facilitate open creativity and self-acceptance through the process of art therapy. Participants will engage in neurographic line work while incorporating positive affirmations to support mental health and encourage healthy self-communication.

Eleshia Thomas is An Artist and Alternative therapist striving to bridge the gap between art and healing. She has been in the art industry selling and producing art her whole life. An advocate of mental health and to create real change in the community around her, she is on a mission to share the love of self healing and empower those in her presence.
