An evening of breathwork, embodied movement, Yin yoga, Reiki & sound healing
Join us for BLOOM: Ignite Your Desire, an evening devoted to reconnecting with the body, awakening your inner fire and making space to listen to what genuinely calls you forward.
Gently inspired by the Aries Harvest Full Moon, this gathering explores themes of instinct, vitality, desire and embodiment, inviting you to step out of the noise of the mind and into a deeper relationship with what you feel.
Together we'll explore questions like:
What do I want when I let myself feel it?
What is alive in me?
What am I ready to move toward?
We'll begin with activating breathwork and a guided primal movement flow designed to shake off inhibition and reconnect you with your more instinctive self. From there, we'll move into a short Yin practice, weaving reflection and meditation into each posture as we explore what it means to listen to our desires without immediately needing to act on them. We'll close in stillness with a sound bath and Reiki, creating space to integrate, rest and receive.
The Evening Includes:
Opening Circle: We’ll begin by exploring the energy of the Aries Full Moon, grounding together in community and setting an intention for the evening.
Activating Breathwork: We’ll awaken the body through energizing breathwork designed to build heat, presence and vitality.
Embodied Movement: An intuitive, primal movement flow inviting you to let go of self-consciousness, reconnect with your body and move from instinct rather than thought.
Yin Yoga: A grounding Yin practice woven with reflection, inviting you to turn inward, listen to what is alive within you and connect with the desires you’re ready to move toward.
Sound Bath & Reiki: Settle into stillness as you’re immersed in Tibetan singing bowls, rain drums and voice, while receiving hands-on Reiki energy healing.
Integration: We’ll close with quiet reflection and space to integrate whatever surfaced throughout the evening.
No previous experience with yoga, Reiki or meditation is necessary. Just come as you are.

About the practices:
YIN - Yin yoga is a slower, more meditative practice where we hold postures for longer periods
of time, creating space within the deeper connective tissues, joints, and fascia.
REIKI- Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing practice developed by Dr. Usui. It translates to
“universal life energy. ”, something that flows through all living things. Melissa will be our
channel for this energy, offering it back to the areas of your body where it is needed most
SOUND - A sound bath is a therapeutic relaxation practice that uses sustained tones and
vibrations to help shift the body into a calmer, more restorative state, settling the mind and
unwinding the nervous system.
